Good to know
Your price is locked in
Your renewal price stays at the rate you signed up for. If your subscription expires, a new purchase is at the current listed price.
Credits reset every day
One credit is one download. Your allowance resets once a day, and the counter at the top of the site shows what is left.
You stay in control
Cancel from your account before the next payment and the subscription will not renew.
What does a membership include?
Every product in the catalogue: plugins, themes, WooCommerce extensions and template kits, plus updates through our Auto Updater for as long as your membership is active.
How do credits work?
One credit is one download. Each plan has a daily allowance, and it resets once a day. Updates installed through the Auto Updater use the same credits.
Can I use the products on more than one site?
Yes. The GPL puts no limit on the number of sites, and the Auto Updater can be connected to as many domains as you need.
Do I get a license key?
No. Developer license keys are not included, and GPL software does not need one to run.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard and the subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests must reach us within 14 days of purchase, and a membership cannot be refunded once any product has been downloaded.
