Are the downloads genuine?
Yes. Every file is the original release from the developer, redistributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We do not distribute nulled, pirated or tampered software.
Products carrying our verification hash (#B5E0B5F8DD8689E6ACA49DD6E6E1A930) have been verified and processed by the GPL Downloads team.
Do I get a license key?
No. Developer license keys are not included, and GPL software does not need one to run.
Premium services that depend on the developer’s own servers may need a license bought directly from the developer. Where a product needs an extra step to activate, its product page says so.

How do credits work?
One credit is one download. Each plan comes with a daily allowance of credits, and the allowance resets once a day.
When you are logged in, the credit counter at the top of the site shows how many you have left and counts down to your next reset.
Do auto updates use my credits?
Yes. The Auto Updater itself is free to install. The updates it delivers use your plan’s daily credits, the same as downloading from the site, and there is no extra charge.
Do you provide support?
We help with downloads, installation, your account and the Auto Updater through our ticket system.
We do not provide the developer’s product support. Setup advice, customisation and bug fixes for a specific plugin or theme come from the original developer, and each product page links to their site.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in and open Subscriptions in your dashboard.
- Select your active subscription.
- Choose Cancel.
Your subscription will not renew again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancel before your next billing date. Renewal payments that have already gone through cannot be refunded.
